It really is not all that hard to do, and is realativly cost efective. the most you will need is a drill with a 2" hole saw, stud finder, fish tape, ladder and some electrical tape. the easy distription (assuming you are doing this in an office setting with a drop-down celing) is to pop a hole behind the desk where your pc is, fish your video cable up to the celing and across to the wall you are mounting the monitor to. then pop a second hole near the mount for the monitor (try to keep it close so it stays hidden behind the monitor) and fish the lines back down. I know fishing through walls is not the easiest thing to do, and there can also be some extra complications. but with a little practice and patience (and sometimes an extra set of hands) you will be able to do it. I know there is no neet tech with this, but I did alot of this working for a company that installed digital radiography equipment for dentists.
