Tips to Get an iPhone?
I was wondering if you had any tips to help us get the iPhone on the 29th?
LOL! Stand in line. ;) I’ve been working with every contact I have since January, and I don’t think I’ll know if I’ll score one until sometime on the 29th. People are actually hiring people, called waiters, to wait in line for them.
Both Apple Stores and AT&T stores will have them. Based on leaked AT&T memos, it looks like stores might have quite a few available.
The one thing I would suggest is if your local Apple Store is a busy store on normal days, consider finding a store that is typically a bit slower. You might have a shorter line, and a better chance at getting one.
Also…you should have good luck at a mall, where people probably won’t be able to camp out. If you have a mall by you that has both an Apple Store and an AT&T store, you’ll double your chances.

hey, in NY there are already 2 ppl siting outside of the apple store. Better start waiting.
