An open source program called Synergy will let you use the same keyboard and mouse across multiple machines (even with different OSes). Its like a software KVM over the network. Your mouse can scroll across all 3 screens and keyboard focus goes with it. I have 3 machines with screens as well at work. One is Ubuntu (left), one is Windows (middle), and one is an iMac (right). I use the same keyboard and mouse for all three.
