iPhone Crashes
Have you had issues with your iPhone going back to the home screen during use of other apps? This is happening consistently for me. iPod, Safari, and mail. I’ll be on the app. and it sends me back to the home screen. I have not turned off my iPhone in a week. Could that be it?
That tends to happen on my iPhone when I’m using google maps. Since it’s happening to you more frequently, a reset is likely to help. First, try a soft reset. Here’s how:
Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Then leave it off for a couple minutes. If that doesn’t help, it’s time for a visit to the Genius Bar.
A hard reset should only be done if you absolutely have to. To do a hard reset, hold down the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time for 25 seconds. You will have to sync the iPhone with iTunes before you use it again. There’s a risk of loosing data.
