I’m the host of GeekBrief.TV, a popular Internet TV show featuring news and information about gadgets, technology and Internet culture.
I gets hundreds of tech support questions each week via email. Often the questions are repetitive, so we’ve been working on ways to save time and aggregate answers to frequently asked questions.
