Getting a Valid RSS Feed

Q

I am having such a hard time trying to figure out how to get my RSS/XML file to work properly. Do you use software to help build your RSS feeds or can you recommend one?

A

If you don’t know or don’t want to know a lot about RSS feeds, the easiest way to get a valid feed is to use a service like Wordpress, Blogger, PodShow or Feedburner. These services let you fill out the important information about your show or blog, and they do all the work behind the scenes.  Then all you have to do is copy the RSS link they give you and distribute it to the people you want to know about your site.

*Tip: If you do play around with your RSS feed, use Feed Validator to check for errors.

If I got a RSS feed through Wordpress, but do want to work on it myself, how do I get access to uploading the revised code?
