Target, Best Buy, and Circuit City usually have them in stock almost every Sunday. The best thing to do is to watch for the Sunday ad, and get to the store as soon as they open.

Trauma Center is a great game (I have it for DS not Wii) but it does get really frustrating. The game goes from being relatively easy to being insanely hard. All in all I would highly recommend it, just be forewarned, at some point in the game you will get very mad.

I would check Toys 'R Us. Many of my co-workers had luck finding their Wii's there, since no one bothers to think of that store!

Best of luck on your journey to the land of Wii!
